Visit
Can I bring my children?
Unfortunately, children between the ages of 0-5 cannot enter the festival grounds. Children between the ages of 6-12 can enter the festival site with their own ticket and accompanied by their parents. Children aged 14 and over may enter the festival site with their own ticket. All persons under the age of 18 must leave the festival site by 10 pm, even if they are accompanied by their parents.
Can I bring animals?
Please leave your dogs, cats, guinea pigs, goldfish and other animals at home. The festival is not permitted for animals.
According to official regulations, animals are not allowed on the festival grounds or in the catering area.
Can I come whenever I want on the day?
Yes. However, it is recommended to avoid peak times such as 18:00, 20:00, 22:00.
Come earlier rather than later to avoid long queues
How do I know which program is running on which day?
Since it is a day festival, the program is 90% the same every day.
There will be variations in the area of talks and food.
Can photos be taken?
Photography is permitted at the festival, but without flash. If you mention the artists by name and link to them, you will make them very happy.
However, we ask that you show consideration for other visitors and treat them with respect.

Is the "Lost Art Festival" barrier-free accessible?
Das Gebäude verfügt über ein Treppenhaus in die erste Etage mit Treppen und hat leider keinen funktionierenden Aufzug. Bitte melde Dich im Vorhinein unbedingt unter contact@lostartfestival.de damit wir Auskunft geben können, was möglich wäre und was nicht. Danke dir.

Bitte wende Dich direkt per Kontaktformular unter "Kontakt" an Clara. Für ausgewählte, berichtende Presse haben wir ein paar Pressetickets parat.

Tickets
Do I need the Himmel Unter Berlin Underground Card to visit the "Lost Art Festival"?
No - "Himmel Unter Berlin" is an independent exhibition series - which we will continue in 2026. You only need a valid, personalized ticket and ID to enter the Lost Art Festival. But please keep your Underground Card. "Himmel Unter Berlin Vol.3" is being planned.
I didn't get a ticket - how can I get one?
We are looking for volunteers to give us 8 hours of their time. Become part of the team and receive a ticket for a day of your choice. Contact us at helfer@wirimraum.de with the subject "I want to help".
How long is the ticket valid for?
Your ticket is valid for the day indicated on your booked ticket.
Can I cancel my ticket?
Unfortunately, for organizational reasons, we cannot make any cancellations or rebookings - we ask for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact service@loveyourartist.de.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Unfortunately, we cannot make any transfers for organizational reasons. Your ticket is personalized to you - we ask for your understanding. If you have any questions, please contact service@loveyourartist.de.
I would like to book several tickets, how does that work?
You can purchase 2 tickets for you and your friend. Please note that you must personalize them with your name and correct email address so that all guests can receive important information about the festival.
How much does the ticket cost?
A ticket costs between 35-90 euros, depending on the selected category and age.
What is included in the ticket price?
Admission to the festival for the day shown on the ticket. Re-entry on the next day is possible for a fee of 5 euros.
Do I have to print out the ticket or is a digital version sufficient?
We ask all visitors to conserve the resources of our environment and to do without a paper printout.
Carrying the ticket as a mobile version is completely sufficient.
